2015 was the year that we began grass roots marketing, and attending as many markets that we could to build brand awareness.
We also finessed our packaging, which included a mason jar with a swing tag - all individually labelled and hand-tied with twine.
We tested different fragrances, some of which we still sell today (Strawberries + Champagne and Willow, just to name a few).
Our first website was also built during this year - screenshot is below!
Whilst attending markets, we also pounded the pavement with boxes of our products to show potential retailers in the hopes that they would stock them.
By the end of 2015, we had 8 stockists. Fast forward to 2024, we have over 200 across Australia, Asia and New Zealand.
Feedback from retailers and their customers was an invaluable source of information for us in building the brand we have today. We are so grateful to all the stores who have stocked our brand, and continue to do so to this day.
Our longest standing stockists are Gorgeousness Home in Bathurst and Honest Paper in Newcastle - both of whom have become incredible friends also ❤️.
