Shipping within Australia and New Zealand

We offer free shipping for orders over $200 and a flat rate of $12 Australia-wide! 

Did you know an average parcel costs us $18 to send in Australia? Our average parcel price has increased over the past few months due to Australia Post passing on a fuel surcharge, and our items are heavy and fragile. We try to offer the most affordable shipping cost to our customers by absorbing some of the cost.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 days during busier periods such as Christmas, EOFY and Black Friday.

Our local post office is also our General Store, mini-mart, fuel station and local takeaway, and we love to support them as much as possible. As such, we exclusively use Australia Post to ship your orders as we also do not have access to a reliable courier network as we are remote - our town has a population of 200 people!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via Australia Post and it will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order during this time, please email

Returns and Refunds

We assess each return and refund enquiry on a case by case basis. We are confident that you will love our product, but if you receive a product you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know and we can arrange an exchange or a refund. You will be responsible for return postage, and postage of the new item. We recommend purchasing a sample size before committing to a full size, but please be aware that our sample sizes do not have the same scent throw as a larger candle, as the wicks are smaller. They are simply to experience the scent before purchasing a full-size product.



In the unfortunate event that you have received a candle which has broken during transit, please email us at within 24-hours of receiving the item with a photo of the box, and the broken candle inside the box. We will issue a full refund or a store credit if you have purchased parcel protection.
