What do your candles smell like?
We know it’s hard to envision what your candles will smell like before you purchase them. If you do not want to commit to a full-size, we do have samples sizes available in a range of scents here >


What are your candles made of?

We use 100% natural soy wax and a blend of fragrance and essential oils. Our customers often comment that our candles do not have a “synthetic” smell like other brands they have used.

What are your candle sizes?

Our candles range in size from mini size to large. Our sizes are specified below:

Mini Matte White Candle: 6.5cm (h) x 5cm (w) and 15+ hours burn time.

Small Matte White Candle: 9cm (h) x 7.5cm (w) and 30+ hours burn time.

Gold Lid Candle Bowl: 6.5cm (h) x 10cm (w) and 40+ hours burn time.

Large Matte White Candle: 10cm (h) x 8.5cm (w) and 50+hours burn time.


How is your burn time calculated?

Our burn time is calculated based on the burning for the recommended 2-4 hours at a time. If you burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time your candle will burn faster, and will decrease the overall burn time of your candle. This is because the jar heats up to the hotter than recommended temperature, resulting in the wax melting faster. To get the most out of your burn time, we recommend not burning your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.


How are your candles made?

All our candles are hand poured in our studio in Cargo NSW by Deb, and hand labelled by Kay. All our orders are packed on-site and dispatched from our studio via our local post office and courier network.


Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we absolutely do! We offer free standard shipping for orders over $120 and a flat rate of $15 for all other orders. Our average parcel price has increased over the past few months due to Australia Post passing on a fuel surcharge, and our items are heavy and fragile.


Is COVID-19 impacting your business and turnaround times?

We are still operating under strict Covid-19 guidelines and health regimes including masks, social distancing, sanitising, increased cleaning and a check-in at the door for our staff. We are not currently offering pick up or delivery at this time.

We are still picking, packing and dispatching daily with orders leaving our studio within 1-2 business days.

Covid-19 is causing many delays throughout the Australia Post and courier network, and unfortunately once the parcel leaves our studio, we no longer have control over how quickly your parcel arrives. We apologise for the inconvenience, but please allow a slight delay in the delivery of your items.
