We’ll process your order as soon as possible and it will be sent out via Star Track. Depending on the time of year (such as busy periods like Christmas), this may take up to 10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow along!

What if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully pack our candles to minimise the risk of damage — but we know that accidents still happen. If your order arrives broken, email us with pictures of the broken items within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and we will issue a credit.
